KOVIX Key Replacement

Description

Lost or damaged keys for your KOVIX lock can be replaced. To ensure you get the correct key, you will need to provide your key’s serial number (A code/number showing on key tag) when placing an order.

**Please enter your Key Serial Number in the “Add a note to your order” section at checkout.**
**A minimum order of 3 keys for each Key Serial Number.**

Locating Your Key Serial Number

Most of KOVIX lock is supplied with a set of keys and a small metal or plastic tag engraved with a unique serial number (e.g., K123456). It is crucial to record this number and store it in a safe place for future reference.

Placing Your Order

When ordering a replacement key, please provide this serial number in the notes section of your order. This code is essential for the factory to cut a new key that matches your lock.

Delivery Timeframe

The process of factory cutting and shipping your new key will take time. Please allow for a delivery period of approximately 15 to 30 working days, depending on your location within New Zealand.

What If You’ve Lost Your Tag Code?

If you have lost the tag with your key’s serial number, obtaining a replacement key directly may not be possible.
